The website looks really clean and is super easy to look around. I liked the photos and the layout, everything was simple to find without feeling cluttered. The colors are nice too, not too bright or annoying. Overall, it just feels like a good-looking shop!

I set the delay timer expecting the rice to be ready at a specific time, but it finished almost 40 minutes later than what I set. For anyone planning meals around the timer, this could be frustrating

I’ve used it a few times now, and the rice just doesn’t come out that great. The bottom gets kinda mushy while the top ends up dry, so it’s frustrating. was hoping it would cook more evenly, but I’m not Really happy with it.

The plug fit fine, really fine, and I didn’t need any adapter or anything. Just plugged it in and it worked like it should

so I needed a few replacement parts, but none of them were in stock. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get things fixed.

The rice itself comes out okay, so I’ll give it that. But the keep-warm function is kind of disappointing. If I leave it for a few hours, the edges start getting hard and dry, and there’s a weird smell that makes me not want to eat it. For the price, I expected better. It almost feels like they focused on making the basic cooking work and hoped people wouldn’t notice the keep-warm part isn’t that great

I’d been trying to find a rice cooker for a while, but most places were either sold out or being really vague about delivery dates, which got annoying. Half the time it wasn’t clear if something was actually available or just “available” in the back-order sense.

Yum Asia had the exact model I wanted in stock, and the website made that obvious without making me dig around or guess. After dealing with unclear info elsewhere, that was a bit of a relief.

I bought it from Yum Asia and at the beginning I was pleased. The rice came out nice, it was easy enough to use, and I thought I’d made a good choice. After a few months though, it started getting annoying. The buttons wouldn’t always respond, and sometimes it just didn’t cook quite right. For what it cost, I expected it to be more reliable. Support was fine, I guess, but nothing special. Bit of a shame really, because I did like it at first

Delivery was fast, at least compared to what I was expecting. I might be remembering the timing wrong, but it showed up sooner than I thought it would, so I was happy with that

I ordered a few accessories from yum-asia.com for my rice cooker, and they’re... okay. The extra inner bowl and measuring cup are definitely useful, but some of the other bits feel a little unnecessary for the way I actually cook day to day.

Delivery was fine and everything arrived in one piece, so I can’t really complain about that. I just wouldn’t say these are must-haves, more like nice extras if you think you’ll use them. I’m giving it 3 stars

It works fine and does what I need it to do... but the cleaning part does take a bit of time. Not a huge issue, just something to keep in mind.

That’s on them, ordering food shouldn’t feel like troubleshooting a broken website. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth.

I didn’t realize how annoying the dripping was until I switched to this. My old one would leave water all over, but this one keeps it under control somehow. The lid stays cleaner too, and the rice doesn’t come out with that weird wet layer on top. Happy with it so far.

My order from Yum Asia turned up in great condition. The outer box was sturdy and not all battered, which was a nice surprise. Everything inside was packed really securely with plenty of protection, so nothing was sliding around or getting damaged. No dents, no broken bits, nothing. It’s a simple thing, but it really makes a difference and felt like they actually took care with it. A friend had recommended Yum Asia to me, and this definitely made a good first impression.

I’ve used this rice cooker a few times now, it didn’t make a great first impression. The rice tastes fine, but the texture keeps coming out way too soft and a little gummy no matter what I try. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but for the price, I was expecting it to be a lot more reliable right away.

I wasn’t totally sure this would fit on my counter, but it actually does without taking up too much space. It makes just enough rice for two people, which is what I needed. I keep wondering if I should’ve gotten a bigger one, but for daily use, this seems perfect
